How It Works:

Initiate the Return:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to start the return process.Send an email to customercare@siennaalexander.com
with your order number in the subject line.

Receive Your Prepaid Return Label:
Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. This label will include the final posting date for your return. -
Send the Item Back:
Drop off your package at a designated drop-off point before the final posting date indicated on the return label. -
Express Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable.
*Subject to the following conditions:
- The product(s) must be unworn and returned in their original condition
- The product(s) must be returned in their entirety with the tag still attached
- The product(s) must not be damaged
14 DAYS RETURN POLICY FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD:
Items to be returned at your own cost, using your own courier within 14 days starting from the day when you received your order. Please send an email to customercare@siennaalexander.com specifying INTERNATIONAL RETURN and your order number in the subject for the return address instructions. Keep the tracking number for you record. We will refund you using the same payment method you selected when you made your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. We will let you know as soon as we have made the full refund.
